This Pays d’Oc wine is from limestone slopes of Languedoc-Roussillon that benefit from ideal sunshine. It is white wine from a single grape variety.

Tasting notes
Its robe is bright, pale gold with amber highlights. Its nose is intense, floral and fruity (pear). On the palate this wine is rich with floral and fruity notes.
Food pairing
This Pays d’Oc Chardonnay is an ideal aperitif wine. It is also the perfect accompaniment to fresh or cooked shellfish, fish, white meat and hard pressed cheese.
Aeging and Service Temperature
Serve between 10 and 12°C. It is best enjoyed young.
